Refunds & Returns Policy

Returns Eligibility

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Certain items (e.g., customized bikes, clearance items, or safety gear) may be non-refundable unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us – Email us at support@bmxcrewhub.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Approval – We’ll review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved.
  3. Ship It Back – Securely pack the item(s) and ship them to our return address (provided in the approval email).
    • You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
  • Sale/discounted items may only be eligible for store credit.

Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or model, you may request an exchange (subject to availability).
  • Contact us first, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/video of the issue.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately.
  • Orders already shipped cannot be canceled but may be returned upon delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-built or personalized BMX bikes/parts.
  • Clearance or final-sale items.
  • Used or damaged items (unless defective upon arrival).
